Operating Hours:

We operate around the clock, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Standard hourly hire requires a minimum of 2 hours within Edinburgh and 4 hours outside Edinburgh base to base.

August Advisory: During the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August, our hourly hire rates and transfer rates may be subject to an increase due to high demand.

Booking Information:

Payments for bookings can be made either before or after the hire using credit or debit cards, bank transfers, or cash.

Holiday Surcharge:

A 100% surcharge applies on the 25th & 26th of December and the 1st & 2nd of January.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation charges apply as follows: 25% of the total for cancellations 48 hours before the hire, 50% for cancellations 24 hours before the hire, and 100% for same-day cancellations.

Invoices and Account Settlement:

Invoices are issued on a weekly basis, and we kindly request payment within 28 days.

No Smoking Policy:

We reserve the right to implement a no-smoking policy in our cars, applicable to both drivers and passengers.

Passenger Conduct:

We reserve the right to deny travel to individuals causing disruption or endangering our drivers or passengers.

MEET & GREET AIRPORT TERMINAL PICKUPS:

To minimize costs for our clients due to increased airport parking charges, our drivers enter the terminal 15 minutes after a UK flight lands or 20 minutes for international arrivals. If you happen to arrive before the driver, kindly contact their mobile.
